FAILED after : kdevelop -> project -> options

I found the anwer.
Here is the answer, just in case someone gets the same error in the future.
I had upgraded autoconf to version 2.52.2
Now i have downgraded it back to 2.13-10 with
rpm -Uv <package> --oldpackage

And kdevelop works again :-)
