Problems with the new projects on Red Hat 7.2

Why can't I create a new project in the new KDevelop 2.0.1?
I have RH 7.2 (Qt Linguist and KTranslator missing) and a
"new" command (CTRL+N) in the "File" menu is inactive.
The "new" icon in the toolbar is also inactive (gray).
What's the problem?
