C/C++ projects don't work for suse 7.2, suse7.3 and upcoming kdevelop 2.0.2

Well, Martijn reported that to me last night as a user found his address in 
the bug database but the mail he got was in german only so he asked me :)

I'll check that today on my SuSE 7.3 system. Shouldn't we change the C and 
C++ templates to use admin also ? This would simplify things a lot in 
maintaining them and Walter doesn't need to be bugged every once in a while 
:))
