kdevelop bug

Severity:	            urgent
Installed from:    		compiled sources
Compiler:          		gcc version 2.95.4
OS:                   	Linux (i686) release 2.4.5-12
OS/Compiler notes:

when I edited and closed a project the read/write permissions are disabled
so that someone other could not open the project.
is there a bugfix or something else to manage this?

has the new version (maybe 2.0.1) of kdevelop the same problem?
