Where is file kprinter.h?

Hi
When I trying to compile KDevelop2 snapshot (from 22 May, I think),
compilation fails with error message saying that file kprinter.h is not
found. Where is location of this file? Is it part of KDevelop, or part of
KDE libs?
I use Mandrake 8.0
