documentation location poll

On a Debian, the location should be:

usr/share/doc/python/html/lib/comparisons.html
usr/share/doc/python/html/ref/comparisons.html

and 

usr/share/doc/php3-doc/html/ref.ftp.html

It's easy to find out even without a Debian box using the second form at
http://www.debian.org/distrib/packages
