small bug in KDevelop-Setup

Hi folks,

I found out that kdevelop gets into trouble at setup, when there is a file
"kdeveloprc in ~/.kde2/share/config, that was created by the installation of
some earlier version. Especially the documentation paths are not updated, and
the user probably will not know, that he (or she) still looks at outdated
old-versioned files.

After i deleted that file and started kdevelop again, everthing gets updated
and the proper documentation is shown.

Some entries (last project,...) get lost doing this, but they can be
recreated easily, since project-definitions are stored in the project
directories using files like <PROJECT>.kdevprj.

Perhaps you can do something about that in an upcoming version, or simply add
a message to the user in the setup-dialog, if setup finds an existing
configuration in ~/.kde2/share/config.
