I am running Redhat 6.2 with kernel 2.2.14-5.0. I just downloaded and
installed the KDE 2.1.1 for Redhat 6.2 and everything went fine except for
kdevelop. The directory that contains the rpms for 6.2 contains:

     kdevelop-1.4.1-0.6x.2.i386.rpm and
     htdig-3.2.0-0.b3.3.6x.i386.rpm

I get the following error when I try to install kdevelop:

error: failed dependencies:
        htdig < 3.2.0-0.b3.4 conflicts with kdevelop-1.4.1-0.6x.2

Has KDE erred and put the wrong version of htdig in the redhat 6.2
ftp directory?

I tried downloading and installing the b3.4 version from rpmfind.net;
however, it was compiled with glibc2.2 so I get dependency errors
when I try to install it.

Thanks for any help.

Regards,
Jeff Stephens
