compiling latest vers. of kdevelop

hi,

to compile latest version of kdevelop I have to do:

export CFLAGS="-DUSE_QTPRINT_SYSTEM -DUSE_KDE_2_1_1"
export CXXFLAGS=$CFLAGS

however I have KDE2.1.1...

times ago someone in the mailing have a problem in compilation like

kprinter.h: not found...
that solve the problem.
