(beginner) kdevelop snapshot crashes on startup

Hi Nils,

You seem to have the same situation as with Oliver some time ago. It looks
like that the service types are not installed. Please take a look in de
servicetypes or de services directory of the kde to check if the services
and the servicetypes are installed. The problem Oliver mentioned, rose
because of --prefix option of the configure.
