cannot find kdelibs

Thank for your help, but I cannot find the kdelibs-src for KDE 2.1 and for 
Mandrake 7.2, my source for kde 2.1 is :

ftp://ftp.kde.org/pub/kde/stable/latest/distribution/rpm/Mandrake/7.2/i586/

Where I find this ??
