cannot find kdelibs

Hello,

After installing KDE 2.1 and Kdevelop 1.4, In setup of kde, I cannot find the 
kdelib for documentation ???

I have a mdk 7.2 and kdelibs, kdelibs-devel, kdelibs-static-devel...

What's missing and what is the file seek by kdevelop ???
