.po files and text translations on RedHat 7

yes, that's the usual way translations are built with KDevelop but that
didn't work. The problem's cause is somewhere inside the RedHat 7
KDE RPM packages. Due to the setting KDEDIR=/usr the Makefile.common
expects a file called kde.pot in /usr/include while the RPMs installed
this file as /usr/lib/kde1-compat/include/kde.pot. A simple softlink
fixed the problem and translation works as usual now.
