Newbie setup Q for KDevelop

Hi joe,
on my system the htdig and htsearch execs ar in the path /usr/sbin and this
path does not normaly go into the PATH environment. You can either add
/usr/sbin to your path or make a ling from all needed ht* files from
/usr/sbin to /usr/bin.
On my system it worked well.
