Adding sub folders

Hi,

If you want to use KDevelop to develop applications, you should get the 1.4
version.
KDevelop 3.0pre, (called previously: kdevelop 2.0pre) is the version of
kdevelop
being developed. It's not quite functional yet. (it'll be, hopefully soon)
