.configure doesn't find Qt

In an effort to please "everybody", the came up with "QT2DIR" to
point to the qt-2.x.x dir. I personally do NOT run windows 95 AND 98
so I removed KDE-1.1.2, except for the apps I wanted to use, made MY
life easier! It was just exasperating when it didn't compile.:-)
NOW it works, again!
