Kdevelop problem with sgml tools

Hi,
I can't generate project documentation, below is what I got in the 
Kdevelop message window:

> /usr/bin/kdb2html ./index.docbook
Warning: No catalogues were found during installation!
> jade -c /usr/share/apps/ksgmltools/catalog -t sgml -d\ 
/usr/share/apps/ksgmltools/stylesheets/kde.dsl#html .././index.docbook
> jade:/usr/share/apps/ksgmltools/dtd/kde.dtd:82:43:W: cannot generate\ 
 system identifier for public text "-//OASIS//DTD DocBook V3.1//EN"
...
and then a lot of lines with failures.   

I've installed all the sgml and jade tools the kde site mentioned.
What's wrong ? I think I have to set a link or something in my 
enviroment. 
System is RH6.2, KDE2.1 Kdevelop1.4 

Another problem is printing in kdevelop1.4, whenever I like to print gv 
pops up that's all :-( 
Print setup is made, using enscript. In kdevelop1.3 printing was ok.
