Unfortunaetly, you didn't find a mailing list for all KDE related problems. 
This list focuses on the integrated devlopement environment 'kdevelop' 
only. You might want to try a list the covers more general problems with 
kde.

Please try http://www.kde.org/mailinglists.html, which informs about 
mailinglist that might suite your needs.
