SDL_VIDEO and SDL_AUDIO

Hi,
I am trying to use KDEveloper in RedHat Linux.
I installed the SDL-devel 1.2.2  rpm and SDL rpm

It accepts #include<SDL.h> after adding sdl-config --cflags to compiler 
options and sdl-config --libs to linker options

But now the problem is SDL_VIDEO and SDL_AUDIO undeclared.

How do I define those  variables?
