KDevelop: tip of day translations

Hi,

In former discussions on KDevelop translations for the 2.2 release 
I was told the "Tip of the Day" stuff  was for Gideon and should not be 
translated. Now I compiled KDevelop as well as the translations and

1) The tips _do_ appear in the branched version
2) Even if translated they still show up in English

Could anybody from the KDevelop team please look into this ASAP?
