CVS support from within kdevelop

Johan, there is only a small subset of CVS commands for commit, add,
remove and update inside KDevelop (you need to enable CVS in the project
settings dialog). For more stuff see Cervisia please, specifically
importing on remote servers, tagging, status etc.
