QT Designer with kdevelop 1.4

Hi Sean,
if you already compiled the designer with the -kde option the you should have
the KDE widgets in Tools->KDE->.
If you don't have the KDE dir, you maybe have several designer binaries. I.e.
SuSE installs the designer into /usr/bin/ so that the old designer is found
before the new compiled designer.
