How to compile KDevelop1.4 under KDE 2.0.1

This is weird. I have RedHat 6 based machine here. I had some
problems compiling todays snapshot (Is there release
for 1.4?) but finally I got it working. There is no problems
with libraries at all. KDE 2.0.1 and QT 2.2.2 here as well.
