Project documentation problem

Hi,

Project: Qt2.2sdi
kdevelop_1_4

Problem:
when running Make after editing the index.sgml file, the documentation is not 
automatically updated:
Make says:
enterring directory xxx/xxx/docs/en
 nothing to be done for all

When I  click Make User-manual in the Project menu, then everiyhing is OK.
