Willi,

AFAIK there´s no explicit documentation for that. You may have a look at
the new KDE development book that you can also download at
www.andamooka.org or something, it contains detailed description on
KAction stuff. Otherwise you may take a module from the KDE CVS where
that is used, like kdegraphics and have a look at the rc files of an app
there. 

Sigh...also a task for someone who writes docs to explicitely explain
what to do with that...if anyone has some spare time, he could write a
quick and dirty documentation for two to 4 pages explaining how to use
Designer with kdevelop and how to write the rc files ?

Please write to me if there are any volunteers.
