Can't create kde2 project.

Hi Brian,

on RH7.0 you have to set KDEDIR to /usr. But in this case the includefiles 
are not located in $KDEDIR/include (as would be correct for the kde file 
system standard) but in $KDEDIR/include/kde  !!!
So you have to give another option to the configure script:
--with-kde-includes=/usr/include/kde
