Kdbg and threads

I've just put a fix through for kdevelop1.4 so that the kdevelop debugger 
should run on a threaded app.

This is not full threaded support (ie able to see the threads) but it should 
allow you to debug your threaded program.

If this doesn't work, can you let me know what eror you are getting.
