cool down, you´re using the wrong stuff anyway ;-)
What you have is KDevelop 2.0 from head. Walter will change the
snapshots to generate 1.4 from KDEVELOP_1_4. You can keep yourself a CVS
copy, see www.kde.org how to use anon cvs, then checkout:

cvs co -rKDEVELOP_1_4 kdevelop

That is 1.4 which works. Snapshots will be updated soon.
