FreeBSD make instead of gmake

Having built the KDevelop 1.4beta2 on FreeBSD, I found that while everything
seemed to work, creating a new project would fail because it couldn't find
acinclude.m4. Apparently, the project builder routines (in
$KDEDIR/share/apps/kdevelop) use make instead of gmake despite me telling
kdevelop to use gmake (in setup). If gmake is used instead (I modified the
template files to directly call gmake), the error does not occur and
everything works as it is supposed to.
