Q: Bookmarks

Can I set bookmarks for a file and a line? Right now the bookmarks are
stored on a per file basis and they are gone when I edit another file.
Is there a way to get the filename into the bookmark? Also can I make
the bookmarks persistent so they will be stored with the project?
