Options->Tools... Arguments

Allright, I figures it out... 
the solution was to put %D as the argument to the tool. 

Now if only I could prevent the sometimes 4 copies of cervisia are
started.... 

Roland, who is wondering a bit whether kdevelop can really deliver what
it promises.
