Yes. Solution is to install KDE 2.1 beta 2 libraries to make it compile.
KDevelop 1.4 requires having KDE 2.1 libraries installed, as it comes
along with the KDE 2.1 beta2 distribution and will be included in the
final KDE 2.1 release.
