how... kdev and qtdes.. work ok but ?

Following Anne Marie interesting tutorial, I created
the kdev form (sigcreate ) and can't see it in qt
designer ? I haven't any editor property filled with
it ? do you know where it can come from ? Is there any
configuration to make in qtdes. ? I run it from qdev
menu.
