QT compilation with KDE widget support in designer

Hi !

I tried to compile QT 2.2.4 with KDE widget support in designer. There occurs 
an error while compiling ../integration/kdewidgets.cpp. The kde includes are 
missing. But I configured with -kde and -I/usr/include/kde (RH 7).
Any hints ?
