Cool Walter, but the reference contains a bug:
Line 145 in reference/C/EXAMPLES/examples.html:line and line 95 in
reference/C/SYNTAX/syntax_p.html have <a
href="/home/rnolden/C-Reference/C/master_index.html"> instead of proper
<a href="../master_index.html">

That's why these links are broken.

Can you apply the fix, please, and update the c_cpp_reference-2.0.1.tgz
file?
