Installing QT 3.00

On my RH 7.2, my /usr/X11R6/include/X11/Xlib.h is provided by the package:

XFree86-devel-4.1.0-3

I did an 'Everything' install of RH 7.2, so I don't know where I got the RPM. 
 Either RH 7.2 disc 1 or 2, thats for sure.
