two binaries

Hy,

I created a setup program for my application which has to be run as root. 
Since I think that can only be achieved by running a new process through 
kdesu the setup has it's own binary. But it uses classes from my app and I 
want it to be installed together with my app. Is there a way to have two 
binaries in a KDevelop project or do I have to edit the Makefile.ams by 
myself? And if so what do I have to change for a second binary.
