100 ms delay function needed

Hello all,

I know that this request really has nothing directly to do with kdevelop 
however someone may be kind enough to reply anyway.

I need a function that will give me a 100ms delay, something like sleep. An 
accuracy of plus and minus 20 ms would be OK.
