QMultiLineEdit crash

Hi -

I notice in the CVS 2_2 branch you've not made the change to avoid the 
previously-mentioned crash (that I'm guessing is to do with QMultiLineEdit) 
in the CMakeOutputWidget constructor (only in COutputWidget). I've also 
tested it with setReadOnly on for a while and it works fine.
