simple C++

thank you Roberto, Andrew, Jacek, Jeffrey and OS for good advices on tools
for simple C++ programming, I've been away a few days so Im gonna spend
the weekend trying out your suggestions, I think Im gonna stick with
Kdevelop, and try to make a simplified template.
