AUTHORS not found

[Pupeno]

When building a terminal C aplication or normal KDE application with 
kdevelop-1.3 binaries (I donwloaded the binaries) it says:
cannot open file: AUTHORS at 
/home/pupeno/download/soft/kdevelop/share/apps/kdevelop/tools/processes.pl 
line 179.
Cannot find .//index.SGML
Are they missing ? or it is because I don't have some of the things that 
kdevelop search for (such as the K icon editor).
