c and c++ documentation in Kdevelop

I use msdn when developing in MS Studio and find it handy to be able to
look up functions from the stdlib or any other lib with the click of a
button.  The stdlib documentation that comes with kedvelop is a little
thin and I was wondering if I can get more complete documentation and
integrate it with the help facility somehow.  I don't even mind paying
for the documentation...
