using crosscompiler

Hi! I want to use a cross compiler with kdevelop. How can
I tell kdevelop to use my own options?
S.th. like
$(CC) -g  $(LIBDIRS) $(INCLUDEDIRS) -o $@ -Wl,-T$(LINKER_SCRIPT) hello.world.c

I don´t have su rights.
