How to change the install directory of application

I can't seem to figure out how to change the default install directory for
my application from /usr/bin to /usr/sbin/<mydir>/<myproject> (as I am
required).  I found where I can change the install directory for individual
files like my config files, but not for my binary.

Is there something obvious that I'm overlooking in the IDE?
