Adding new Languages

Hi all,
thanks for your help, but where in the world ARE the source od
kwrite???
The binary is in kutils.rpm (Suse), but I cannot find the sourcfiles of kwrite.
Whether in kutils.spm (Suse) nor in kdeutils-2.0.0.tar taken from the KDE-Server.
