Right click menu option to Dock/Undock KDevelop 2.0 windows?

Yes please - I've asked Sandy a couple of weeks ago - but I've only just got
everything built and set up for KDE 2/KDeveop 2. I was going to get a snapshot
built first to make sure my build environment worked, then get CVS sorted out.
But I couldn't resist patching immediately it to try out objc with the new
window handling... I will do a definitive patch against my snaphort first
anyway - then it would be nice to get it checked in. 

BTW - I was pleased to see both kwrite and kdevelop already both have
Objective-C syntax highlighting 'out of the box'.
