Generate the docs yourself ;-) that´s how we do it. With KDevelop, open
the setup, select documentation, update kde-documenation and enter the
path to your local copy of the kdelibs. If you like to add the kdebase
docs, redo the steps with leaving the old docs untouched, then select
the kdebase dir, same with koffice/lib dir.

PS: using kdoc2 makes this possible, so you should have it installed as
well as using kdevelop 1.2
