ANNOUNCE: KDK 1.1final released

Hi all,

after releasing KDevelop 1.1, we are proud to announce also the KDE
Development Kit 1.1 (aka KDK 1.1).
The tarball's name is kdk-1.1.tar.gz.

This compilation of KDE development packages goes to its second round.
It can be obtained at the "Download" section on our website at
http://www.kdevelop.org.
So have a look at it!
