First of all, the online documentation (and there the tutorial) is, thanks to
Ralf Nolden, superb for learning Qt/KDE programming.
Second, I would recommend buying Kalle Dalheimers Book "Programming
with Qt". It is an excellent book for Qt 1.4x (and in parts for Qt2.0).
