KDevelop's KDE2 MDI template broken? / KDE2 source snapshots

Is there any location where I can get a daily snapshot of the sources as
.tar.gz file?
Since I only have a proxy here at work (no CVS), I can't download the CVS
stuff. I'm
also looking for a .tar.gz of the source of KDevelop :)
